About Me

I am a qualified counsellor with a BSc in Therapeutic Counselling and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). My passion for counselling stems from a deep belief in the power of human connection and the importance of feeling truly heard. Having experienced firsthand the impact that a supportive, understanding space can have, I am committed to helping others navigate their own journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, ensuring that your voice is heard and your goals are at the heart of our work. Clients often describe me as warm, understanding, and easy to talk to, which helps create a space where you can feel safe, valued, and empowered.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. I believe in the power of empathy, understanding, and unconditional support to help you navigate life’s challenges. Instead of giving advice, I trust in your ability to find your own answers—you are in control of the direction and pace of your sessions, and I am here to walk alongside you.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, and practicing mindfulness—things that help me stay grounded and connected. I believe that small moments of self-care and reflection can make a big difference, and I encourage my clients to find what brings them peace and fulfillment in their own lives.
